Besides all the fat, it looks damn good.Its meh. Good flavor and cooked good. Got smoke for sure.
But it's not our favorite.

Garlic herb butter on that? The crust you get will make you want to punch a baby it is so good.Been on for about an hour and half. At 75 internal. Once it hits 125 I’ll finish it off on a cast iron. Will report back.
