So, this was off recipe

I added cilantro to brighten this thing up a little bit more. Also served the coconut rice (SLAPS) with some girl and the goat spicy chili crunch.

I did get actual african chillis he mentions in video. I really think you could sub Arbols or Serranos, heck even jalapenos, it'll be good.

I marinated the chicken for 48 hours, did just thighs and breasts. Smoked with peach wood chunks, then seared, then basted, then seared, then basted.

Absolute repeat recipe. Just thighs or breasts, easy weekday thing.
