chuck roast is legit one my favorite cheaper cuts of beef. Its tough and fatty, but packs that beefy flavor when cooked low and slow. Some call it the "poor mans brisket". If its not off the smoker, my 2nd favorite way to prepare a chucky is Mississippi pot roast in a crockpot.

I use it to make beef burnt ends and they legit melt in your mouth
