My Nephew did a 23lb bird (spatchcocked) and it was done in 7hrs. It was his very first smoke, I gave him my old pit barrel.
I told him at least 10hrs, so his shit was also done early lol.

Yeah, I walk in the door with my daughter around 5, and she needs to eat ASAP, or she's a hangry monster. We've either all been eating then, or just feeding the kids, then we may eat after they both go to bed.
