May i ask your loaf recipe

It's nothing too out of the normal.
- 3# ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 packs Lipton onion soup mix
- 3/4 large green pepper diced (first time I did this and it was a pleasant addition)
- Worcestershire sauce (I just add until I feel it's right)
- S&P (again until I think it's enough)

Mix with your hands until it's really well mixed. Hand pack into a loaf. I've used pans and what not to form it in the past but by hand is better. Make it look pretty.
Wrap in plastic wrap and toss in the fridge for a few hours to help firm it up.
Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce.
This one I smoked at 250F for the first 90 minutes. Then I upped the temp to 350F until I hit an IT of 165F.
Pulled it, let it rest for 10 minutes while I made some delicious boxed Hungry Jack mashed potatoes.
Slice and enjoy.

Go ahead. I'll catch up.

I smoked the ribs on the kettle at 225 for 4 hours and then bumped it up to 275 for an hour. After I took the pic, I wrapped them in butcher paper, brushed them with the smoked tallow you can see here and gave them 45 mins. wrapped.

Saucy! I used Blues Hog Champion Blend BBQ sauce. Back on the grill to give the sauce time to get "sticky".
