I mean I work at the hospital so I can get my BP checked any time I want. I just kinda look the other way when they tell me it's high lol.

I'm sure my preworkout bumps my BP up a lot too though.
It does and caffeine in general pumps it up, mine has been high since I was in my mid 20’s, I’ve taken bp medication for almost 10 years now, if you have weight to lose trt will help with that and that will most likely help lower your blood pressure

In tren we trust?
I’ve used a good amount in the past. Most of my tren use was from the home brew kits you could buy online back in the early 2000’s. You could buy Finaplex H cattle implant pellets from any veterinary or horse supply website.The pellets were trenbalone. Guys online would sell the kits to convert the pellets into injectable trenbalone accetate. It was actually very easy to make. I’m sure it sounds sketchy if you never heard of this before, but it was phenomenal and some of the best and worst stuff I’ve ever used.

This was back in my late 20’s when I first used it. So I was still young enough to handle it well enough as far as side effects. The worst side effects I got was night sweats. You just feel constantly too warm. You’re horny in a different way even from using other gear. I just wanted to eat pussy all the time. I look back and think it was kind of disgusting at the time, but tren turns you into an animal. You could pound on a broad for well over an hour because it made it so difficult mentally to cum.

At one point I was using 150mg everyday for around 12 weeks (plus other stuff mixed in, and always with Test. The everyday injections got tiring quick. Even when doing once a week TRT shots not, I have so much scar tissue everywhere from probably hundreds of shots over 3 or 4 years.

It got me strong yes, but I think I got way stronger of dbol or anadrol. It always got me lean, pumped and vascular. It gave me a look that I never had before. I could eat anything I wanted and still get lean while also gaining muscle. It makes you look pumped and full all the time.

After not using anything other than Test for a long time now, I jumped on a very light cycle of Tren enanthate about 3 years ago. It was a low dose once a week shot with my Test, and I bumped up the Test to 400mg/wk. So it was weekly injections of a full 3cc syringe. A decent amount for a middle aged guy. I got all the sides I got before with the night sweats and horny. I also got all the other bad side effects you hear about. Terrible anxiety, really bad heartburn which I never experienced before and it went away after stopping the tren. I also felt it gave me a rapid heartbeat at time. I definitely wouldn’t ever use it again. I don’t recommend any middle aged guys on TRT to use it. I don’t even recommend younger guys to use it. Just based on how it made me feel I don’t think this is a chemical that’s good for your body. The positives almost outweigh the negatives.

Man I miss those days of getting all juiced up and spending hours in the gym, then go out chasing girls and driving fast cars. And of course with the tons of steroids you’re taking, you’re also drinking on the weekends, using a little coke, then some weed and xanax for the after party so you can go to sleep. Now I do my once a week TRT shot and reminisce about the old days like all old guys do. It’s sad

For the past few years I've been kicking around the idea of doing TRT because I know I'm low. No motivation/drive to do anything and constant mood swings.

Problem is I feel like my BP is kinda high and they won't want to put me on it. Anybody run into that?

I'm sure my insurance will pay a good portion for it, but what's the average cost to get started and weekly expenses?
My insurance will cover 1 10ml bottle of test cyp a month for my co-pay of $20.

For me the only time my blood pressure went up is when I was putting on a large amount of weight quickly.

On a TRT dose, I know for a fact that I lose fat and put on a little muscle even during times (long stretches) that I’m not lifting or exercising. If you’re going to go on it, you definitely want to get your diet and exercise program in check while monitoring your blood pressure. Some people just have high blood pressure. A buddy of mine is skinny as a rail and he has high blood pressure.

Dude I work with is juiced to the gills all the time test tren eq masterson and was just taking 8iu’s a day of legit pharma growth, he’s vascular as shit but not a huge dude for as much stuff as he takes
Some guys just don’t respond as well for whatever reasons. Either they had no solid foundation or training background to begin with, their diet and training was off, or they have shit genetics. I found the more I used, the bigger I got. I weight trained since I was 16 years old for well over 10 years before I ever used anything.

I had most of the same sides on tren, I ran 200mg week enanthate on top of my trt a few years ago and had less of the sides that time but still the night sweats like fucking soaked, thought I pissed the bed every night, any higher dose and I’d get insomnia really bad also
Very true about the insomnia. I think the tren enan I was using a few years back was also 200mg per ml

I would say I have leaned out more then anything, I’m also not in the gym as much as I would like to be at the moment. not looking to be bodybuilder but more of maintaining and improving what I have already.

Biggest issue for me is diet, sweet tooth gets me all the time.
i make sweet breads, protein brownies and pancakes, berry crumbles, ice cream - all the time. you can probably get your sweet tooth craving in by making some things you enjoy and swapping out sugar for monk fruit (zero calorie sweetener) and if there is flour in it, a certain amount of protein powder and oat fiber too. macros on my stuff are all pretty solid. i typically only have a sweet snackie like once a month for dessert out at a restaurant, or like right now, i bought lunch for our volunteer group and someone bought me some chocolate/carrot cake cupcakes at the store we went to after... they are tiny, i just put down 3 with my coffee ? leaving tomorrow morning so they'll have to polish off the rest!

I have a friend that was like that the longer he took stuff the bigger he got, he took test and tren at a low dose like 200/200 week for fucking years I think he told me it was like 7 years straight he started at around 190lbs and when he finally stopped he was 280lbs, he doesn’t even take trt now his testosterone recovered enough to get him in the bottom of the range and he had a couple kids he’s back down to 225 now

My workouts are still on point. Almost 50 and still lift heavy as fuck, but I make little progress, I'm plateaued. No cardio, but I need to start throwing some in, at least HIIT. I'm hoping TRT will help me lose weight, but I do know I also need to start eating better.

they always say you can’t lose fat and build muscle at the same time and that’s true if your not on anything but on trt you can and will, you will probably pack on a couple lbs of muscle while you lean out for a while at first

My body composition has been crazy over the last month. I started at about 172ish and today I’m at 180 and leaned out and built a lot of muscle in that time albeit I wasn’t all that heavy to begin with. Plus Trt gives me a lot of drive to want to workout and do it hard. Prior to that I felt like I was forcing myself to want to workout so a lot of stop/start.

The drive is big for me too. I work afternoon shift and lift before work, so my time is limited. If I can't get myself motivated to go as soon as I get up I can't go because of time. It's not worth the 20 minute drive each way if I can't be there at least 45 minutes.

Had the Dr test me for testosterone level. Came back 210. Tested again today. He said if we get 2 lows he can treat. Chart says anything under 300 is low.
Mine was at like 80 or something. Even if you find yourself in the reference range on the lower end of normal you could still be feeling the symptoms of low T but it’s much easier to get treated if you fall into ‘low’.

Few updates from prior months. I’ve started to see a Dr more regularly for my labs and checkups. He’s prescribing my test cypionate (insurance is covering it too) so I’ve moved off of sustanon (first couple months) and later test enanthate (prior few months). Going to retest in 2 more weeks to see if we can increase but I’ve reduced down quite a bit. My sex drive has leveled out but still high, however I don’t feel like I’m going to drive my wife through a wall every night of the week anymore so that’s sustainable.

In the end though what I’ll recommend is be 100% transparent and educated when you see a doctor. I told him my sources and self medication and what labs I’ve done with the print out results. I want to be under Dr supervision and feel optimal at higher range of normal but under superpfysialogical. We’re going to get me there providing I don’t have any other risks in my lab work. Your Doctor may or may not be onboard but the one I’m seeing I’ve had friends say they are much more versed in testosterone usage than most other pcp’s so he’s more apt to provide care for that.

I switched from test cyponate to propanate 3-4 weeks ago and bumped up the dose from 40mg every other day to 75, basically a summer mini cycle, I put on around 8lbs initially the first week or two, and have maintained since, I’m not eating great but not getting fatter at this point, I currently only lift 3-4 times a week and run 3-4 times a week, mentally and physically I feel great, and I need 2-3 more wives to keep up with my sex drive my wife has me on the every other day plan and my dick is on the 3 times a day plan

I think the exercise has helped immensely. Not sure how and I have no quantifiable data. But for me losing weight and also building muscle has been such a positive thing in so many ways for us and our relationship, and the increased intimacy has been a big plus. Plus the wife trimmed up a tad (she wasnt out of shape before), and is in the best shape of her life. At 43 she looks 23. So all those factors have been a huge help.

Exercise aside, I often wonder if dudes with ED are just not attracted to their sig others and if you put a perfect 10 model in front of them that ED problem would resolve itself naturally...

the lifting weights and dropping fat would both naturally result in increased testosterone.

i guess the answer to your question might be if dudes with ED are still fapping. per wikipedia actually it would appear to be a more physical problem though:
