Was bored at home so started attacking the paint on the Wagoneer. Washed, clayed, Iron X, washed with a stripper. Got the passenger side done with Menz 3-1. Headed to village to eat. Will get back at it when I get home. Man that MFer got some chips. All the traveling with the Donk beat that MFer up. I’d be more pissed if I was making the payment lol.

Found some old pics while looking for the “your old cars” thread. This was a $350 beater rusty AF Integra that I bought on Craigslist in 2005 or 06, not sure. It was shit. I spent time buffing it but I left the hood half as is for about 6 months before I buffed it out. The paint was shit. Good times, drove that POS around as a daily for about a year and a half and sold it for $1500 I think, with a blown head gasket (disclosed to buyer).

Finally fucking done with this pig. Got back at it about 8am. After the Menz 3-1, wiped down with Eraser and thru a coat of Adams butter wax. Used that for 2 reasons. One I was doing this in the sun in the driveway and it’s easy to wipe off even in the sun. Two, I like the finish on black cars. Truck needs a full paint correction but fuck doing that in the summer. I’ll do that over the winter. It looks a lot better than it did. Next week I might top it with that Patriot Wax just for added protection

That looks amazing. For the second photo, at first I thought your camera lens was distorted while taking a photo of your patio. Took me a moment to realize it was a reflection.

Decided yesterday to perform the yearly detail on my DD, sees alot of city, highway, construction sites…. She’s been through it all.
Adam’s Devon soap wash.
Adam’s Clay bar, which was so badly needed. Bar was brownish when finished.
Adam’s compound with blue buffing pad.
Adam’s one step polish
Adam’s surface prep
Admas Graphene Spray Ceramic coat.
Took me about 6hrs with a decent amount of water breaks, didn’t expect t it to be in the 90’s yesterday. Very happy with results, 6yr old truck with 165k miles, stills shines.
