We don't have lakes like that here. People go airboating on the rivers though and get smashed. But police access to the river is difficult, so it's not really enforced.

Just got back from South Dakota. Went and checked out Angostura Lake south of the Black Hills as it is a option for boat rental for next year. While the lake was not very scenic it had a pretty good party scene for being in the middle of nowhere. A guy that was with us lived in the Black Hills his entire life and said "I've never been here, I didnt realize this many young people lived in South Dakota."

I just creeped from the shore to check out the scene for a few min. No parking anywhere. No fucks to be seen about Corona.
