What was it, $23k for a 2003 Baja with a super low hour 454, trailer, and clean as fuck? Easily a 30-40k boat right now because they don't exist.

Don't @ me

If that boat was mint show room condition, stored in climate control since new, new boat smell, never sat in water, detailed after every use, 75 hours on it, some nutswinging collector boomer might pay 25K if it meant something to them.

I don't see them being worth anymore than 10-15K even in these times for a nice big block example.

lotta things with that.

does it seem light? i feel like that sounds light.

next thing, that is EXACTLY why used go fast stuff holds value and is holding value. when a new 38 powerquest is the price of a decent home and is legit the same fucking boat from 1998 sans motors... that's why.

last thing.

FUCKING WANT.

those are so fucking big for what they are. enough cockpit space to live and an actual usable cabin :nutz:

They ran it in the shootout a year or two ago and it went pretty good for as big as it is

So whats the deal is PQ making boats again. In the spring I sold some snowmobile parts to a bro from Michigan that said he worked for PQ. He said some guy bought the molds but does not think they will make boats again. Obviously this boat was made before he told me that?
Yeah they have a Facebook page, I believe they have only made a 27 and the 38

I’ll have to start a build thread when this project actually develops more but picked up this behemoth parts boat the other day to scavenge the bravo drive and transom assembly out of. I’ll give you guys a hint, project is gonna be LS powered in some sort of aluminum craft haha
