For this special edition of TCG Battlegrounds we have America's favorite, Trucks. And just to piss off TCG we have V6 gassers made by Chevy :nutz:

Without further ado let's get started!

In the Blue Corner we have Bub's Winter Beater

And in the Red Corner we have Wifey's Small Truck

'17 Colorado Extended Cab Long Bed

Let's Get Ready To Rumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:pedobear:

I don't Facebook so not sure if the special edition is gonna make the BookFace. Mook will have to decide on that.

Baby dick trucks need not apply.

Feast your eyes upon the Pinnacle of GM engineering. 285hp of LV3 6 plugger greatness. The sheer engineering marvel of the 1/2 ton Silverado K2xx chassis has only the best of the best RPO options to salivate even the saltiest of souls.

This particular example features the coveted g80 locker geared in 3.42 delivery so much torques through the dare I say bulletproof 6 speed transmission.

This beast of the pavement and slightly loose gravel has been fitted with GM 20" polished wheels, some aftermarket towing mirrors for the haters, a truxedo tonneau cover to protect the industructable LineX bed liner. The windows have been blacked out so I don't get hassled by spy photographers trying to catch a glimpse of this show piece. Additional upgrades include winjet projector headlights, hikari LEDs and led taillights to save some juice to power the kids tablet chargers while they travel in comfort in it's spacious back seat.

To give this monster the ground clearance it needs I've fitted a 2" RC level puck up front and a 1.5" add a leaf in the rear sure some suspension travel was taken away but I'm only going forward and up so it doesn't matter.

Some other note worthy items on this truck are the hand painted pin stripes that I wish I could paint myself and the stick on door handle covers giving the illusion of wealth.

My Silverado has traveled 82,000 miles and 7 AMERICAN States. Vote for me is a vote for America and vote for power and excellence. God Bless The Silverado and God Bless America.

The Colorado features Chevy's Z71 package which I essentially threw in the garbage (kept the stickers!) and replaced with a Fox Lift of 2.5" up front and 1" in the rear.

I then replaced the rubbers with Duratrac because Chester Copperpot said to. Transfer Case and Sway Bar drop rounded out the package.

It also has a rolling bed cover and bed rug carpeting... Oh and my wife is better looking than Bub so I win?

I'm gonna vote for your wife, unless DEEZUZ gives a good review on N20GT s nuts, then I'll vote his ecoboost

Voted for the coloraydo, because n/a v6 trucks are for women, but after Bub's excellent writeup i'm half tempted to change.

HOWEVER, Yaj Yak would would like you to prove, with images, that you routinely tow within 90% of the trucks capacity and drive at least 10,000 miles a year off road. If you can't, please trade these things in on civics and minivans and start a new battlegrounds thread for those.

I, for one, am apparently due to buy a pacifica so if you're interested in Chryslers i'll meet you at the stealership
