storing cars over winter?

Hey guys, just wondering if you do anything for yoru engines over winter while they are not running?
I have my engine on a stand right now with all the whole plugged up, just wondering if i should take anyother percasions while it sits till sometimes next year when it goes in my fox?

wrap it in a engine bag from Summit... Or use a large garbage bag and seal it well.. Is it fully assembled?

ya it was pulled from a wrecked car. I pulled the pan just to seee what was up, but that was all

if you want to get crazy I'd maybe pull the plugs and put like a couple drops of oil in each cylinder. they also make these crazy things that thread into your plug holes that have the moisture absorbing crystals in them to keep moisture out.. Those are generally needed for extended storage.

well it should be running by next summer time.... not sure exactly what constitutes as extended storage
