If it is a for sure death you want head over to Yosemite Falls in Cali. It’s the tallest waterfall in North America. It’s total height is 2,400 ft vs Niagra at like 180 ft. Granted there are 3 drops that make up the Yosemite Falls, it’s much nicer.

I have, back in 94 or 95. The American side a few times too. The place I used to work for was based on Grand Island, which is in the Niagara River about 10 minutes from the falls.
