I think Rebels discussions were probably blended into the clone wars thread. But yeah, if you enjoyed clone wars, and wanna have more of an inside edge on anything star wars related that disney is putting out right now, Rebels is a must watch.

I'm still waiting for my Hondo spinoff Disney. Come on!!

I like Rebels more than Clone Wars.
That depends on the season. Clone Wars took a little longer to find itself, but when it did, it was some of the best SW has to offer.

Rebels is pretty consistent across the series. The characters aren't as memorable, and it relies on already established characters from CW in a lot of it.

Started Rebels last night. I remembered trying to watch this with the kids when they were real little and they were uninterested in it, so we gave up. 3 episodes in, I'm gonna stick with it this time.

Something that was bugging me about the 7th sisters voice in season 2. It sounded familiar.

So I had to look it up.

The 7th sister is voiced by Sarah Michelle Geller, aka Buffy herself.

I think I actually knew that at one point, but forgot it, and now I remember it again since you've just brought it up.

and now I'll forget it again.

Also. Just noticed. Numa has a pink stuffed animal in Clone Wars.

In rebels it’s embroidered on her outfit. Also her armor has the name Boil in Aurabesh. Boil is one of the clones who rescued her as a child.

I love these little details.

Oh man. I forgot how much I enjoyed the B1 battle droids, and The Clone Wars in general.

The Last Battle was an awesome throwback episode to the Clone Wars.

God damnit. Another detail.

In Season 3 Sabine Wrens armor has an image of Morai on her left paldron. A nod to Ahsoka.

I also noticed her s3 helmet has a Nite Owl logo on it.

Man, I’m noticing SOOOOOO many details on this watch through. Or I already noticed and I need way more Ginko Baloba cause I’m gonna forget again!

Also, the animation quality had a huge boost from season 2. Way better texture and lighting.

been slowly chugging through these in an attempt to get caught up before Ahsoka comes out.

I'm on Season 3, episode 18, 4 more to go until Season 4.

I think I will be late to the Ahsoka train, but not by much.

Finished up season 4 just in time. Time to watch the siege of Madalor

That gut punch hit me in the feels all over again. And Rebels played Palpatine exactly how he should be played in the final episode.

Finished Rebels over the weekend but didn't start on Ahsoka yet. I didn't see that gut punch coming. I can't say I'm surprised, given A New Hope and all. Kind of like Rogue One that first viewing. It makes complete sense but it was still a bit shocking to me.
