SS2 5.3L gmt800, how much stall?

SS2 cammed 5.3 in a full weight, 2wd 05 escalade. 3.73 gear and 285/45/22 tires.

gonna be NA for meow. what kinda of stall should i grab? 2500ish too much ya think?

Are you going to be towing?

If not I'd even go higher. My buddy's tbss had a 3500 iirc and it was a whole different animal after just that and totally livable day to day

Not often at all. But I might need to have a thousand pounds behind me a couple times out of the year with my utility trailer or something.

I would say maybe two or three times out of a year if I actually had to move a car on a car trailer. But I haven't done that yet in two years of owning this thing. Just moved empty trailers because of convenience

I need to talk to circle d but I was going to do a 3500-3800 in my f150, I need to find out how the f150’s lock the converter though before I go doing that because I tow 5k lbs somewhat frequently
