Stock airtube doesn't come even remotely close to fitting.

Gen 1 clutch doesn't like to shift over 7k, plate gets stuck down. With a clutch line, you can get to 7200-7300, after that its a no go and just starts tearing up the trans with guys forcing shifts. The plate gets stuck at high rpm, only fix is a clutch. Our go to for all motor, and even lower power centri cars is the Spec 2+. Great Street manors, easy pedal with clear engagement point, and holds. I did run a stock clutch on my '12 the whole time I owned it, but with running a cobra jet manifold, was limited to around 7300-7400 before I would be completely locked out from using the clutch.

I destroyed a shift fork power shifting with the stock clutch that wouldn't shift with anything less than blunt force over like 6k. Went with a Spec Stage 1 after (and a fresh, warrantied trans) and was a huge fan of that as I had no further lockout issues after that. Stock shifter, too. All that to say that I 2nd the earlier recommendation of going Spec Stage 2 for your car.

Won a waffle on some wheels for this thing over the weekend.

17x10 on the rear.

Just need to get some tires for it. Who here is in the know about tire height? Was going to get the ET Street R. The two popular sizes are essentially 28x12.5 and 26x12.5. Not sure if I wanna pony up for the 28 or if a 26 will work for this car.

Or maybe go with the ET Street R Bias since it's a banger car? That's a 28x11.5
