I have a hot tub blower/motor that is in need of a rebuild/seal replaced. That is at least where my plummer neighbor said where it is leaking. Tub has a slow leak. I believe this was from me improperly winterizing the hot tub. I simply drained it and sucked all the water I could out with a shop vac from all the jets and drains. I didn't disconnect the pipes from the motors because I couldn't get them off. Had no trouble winterizing previous hot tubs my family owned using this procedure but maybe I should have went with the antifreeze route with this system.

Anyway. Looking for anyone in the pool/spa business that could either help me with a rebuilt or cut me a deal some new motors.

pull it, get a new part number off of it, buy a new one. I can take a look at it if you want.

We replaced it on my brothers, provided you can get access it should be just as Jared said. Not a big deal to swap out yourself.

set the temperature lower on it, 60-65, crank it up a couple hours before you're going to get in it

This actually doesn't work as well as you think. Will take way more than a few hours for that low of a temp. My tub from 90 takes 2 hours in certain weather.
