I just did a whole boneless Turkey breast the other week and it was delicious. I chunked it up for salads. I injected it with marinade and cooked it for a couple of hours. I haven't watched the videos above, but I haven't even grilled chicken in a while I enjoy cooking it sous vide so much. I typically cook it in whatever marinade I want and it turns out awesome. 150* for 2-3 hours.
