Do you want to come out to a jewelry show and I can show you around? The typical markup for retail is 500 to 1500%, the show has the people that actually make the pieces. You can pick out a setting at one booth, find a stone you like at another, then go to a third to have it set and sized while you go get a hotdog.
Is the show this weekend in Schaumburg?

I’d say as long as it’s only visible with a jewelers loupe sure. We had a friend of a friend who had a giant rock that you could visibly see a black fleck in her stone when she showed her ring off. To me that says “I need the attention and status of a giant stone, but can’t afford it”. My wife’s stone is VVS1 but I would have considered a VS1 or 2 depending on where the flaw was on the stone.

I didn't read pages 2-5, did he get married?

Oh and my advice is go big and flawed, because she'll never sell it and size matters. Nobody can see flaws from 2 feet away.
NOPE. Not married.

so far doing everything in backwards order. House, baby, marriage
