 Don't pull into the second staging bulb until you are ready bruh...

I was ready, lol. I was just trying to figure out what works best to get out of the whole. I have cut some pretty decent reaction times in other vehicles and I'm sure I will in this one. But not concerned with that yet. Once I get more seat time and figure out what works best then I will worry about my reaction time.

Not bad so you picked up around 2mph with race gas tune over 93 ?

Race gas was in there for every pass, just happened that that last pass was fastest MPH. Probably cause Tim was driving it to log the pass. We never got to bump the timing and take full advantage of the race gas because it started snowing after that pass.

Trap speed seems kind of low for the power car makes specially in negative DA .you had crazy good DA today at GLD
Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe the 20" rims are hurting it??? (or the weight as its a fat fucking pig)
Tim said I need to drop down to a 17" or 18" wheel on the rear.
What do you think it woulda picked up if we had a chance to bump the timing...2-3mph?

Shawn, a 1.5x 60' would put you 10.2's or so. What pressure did you run the 20's at and what settings where you in for trans, traction, etc.?

Plenty of these cars have gone 10.2 or so, just need to get out of the hole.

I plan to get a set of 17's at the end of the year, but I'm curious how it will do on the "street" setup with 20's.

Track, street, sport

Dropped pressure to 20psi. When Tim made the pass he had me drop them to 18psi

I've never tried to get a car down with this power on 20's before. I ran 18's on my old V at 18psi. It would 60' 1.5x's all day long, but it also was 180rwhp less lol. I would also always throw in a few gallons of 100 octane in my tank of 93. The most frustrating part of that car was running my best passes heavy weight, all equipment in car, right from tech, just off the highway. Take all the shit out and run slower...

Was the car getting out of the groove at the 1/8th?

Were you using launch control or just foot braking to what rpm and which DR's were you using again? More seat time will definitely help..

1st pass rolled in to throttle and got my best 60’
2nd pass launched at 1500
3rd pass launched at 2500
Nitto DR’s which aren’t the best for the track
