This is down right scary. The main road to the neighborhood is underwater, actual waves are happening. We have 3 pumps going just to keep up. The main pump, the backup is running and I also put a hose down the sump pump well to help pump water out. It has straight poured for 3+ hours now.

Haven’t seen the news or posts but I wouldn’t rule out 5-7 inches in the last 5 hours here. Worst I’ve ever seen

Got video of the flow coming into sump? Has to be crazy.

If you have a generator make sure it’s at the ready so you can immediately get power back to your main pump. The backup isn’t gonna cut it for the amount of rain.

No videos yet. The water level is just now about to get to where the incoming water comes from. Thankfully the rain has slowed a bit so we are playing catch-up

Looks like we made it through the night without any flooding in the house. There is no question if I didn’t run out and get that 3rd transfer pump we would have flooded.

Some reports I’m hearing are saying 4-9 inch totals for rainfall. It’s just crazy.
