🔧 Technical Single mass flywheel or dual mass?

I have swapped a few dual mass to solid flywheels. If they are balanced for your aplicaction thats a non issue. The problem is transmission rattle mostly at idle. Some times/vehicles won't do it. Others will. Look at your exact type of car with someone that did the swap. The last one I did was a rear wheel drive BMW. It rattled like crazy at idle with an aluminum flywheel. With a single mass steet/cast flywheel it is barely noticable. Lucky for that guy his ebay junk clutch failed so he got to do it twice.
