I have a '04 Saab 9-5 Aero with 264k on the clock. I've owned it since about 210k and don't have the service history prior to my ownership. Recently it has began having rough cold starts. However, it runs fine. Is this a sign that my fuel pump is on its way out?

Thanks

It's fairly simple to test the fuel pressure, so that's where I'd start.

longer cranking times during start is generally a good sign the pump can't build pressure but a fuel guage always knows the truth.
