I prefer Truth-o-matics. There is no hiding the mistakes with them. But that makes them honest. I am pretty good with a manual trans but I have messed up a up/down shift over the years Nothing puckers your butt like braking hard into a corner, botching a heel-toe downshift, and having the back end skating around on you. But still well worth the experience to me.

I had a hard time getting used to T56 when I first got it coming from few 5-speed cars , I slammed 2nd instead of 4th couple times .
