Any idea on the origin of that thread? I am thinking it would be a pretty good read.

I should seriously paint the next engine I stick into something Chevy Orange just for the lols. Then again painting engines is kind of quaint.

Was bored. Decided to do something to spice up my engine bay yet still be subtle. Did the ribs on my engine cover in a light turquoise much like the 1953-1965 Buicks had their whole engine done in. Doesn't look too bad.. rest of the engine is dirty though

Hell I figured you'd want something like that as a foundation to a build or know someone. For $275 I'd be tempted to grab it if I were closer/I had the van up and running. Toss something like an XE284 in it and some Vortecs I bet she'd run just fine.

Mr_Roboto This is what I been building up 1987 454 dumped the Peanut ports for some 781's Cam is Pictured below Edelbrock 2.0 intake, Longtube headers, 750 quickfuel carb just waiting on my double knee fracture to heal some more so I can get it finished
