The fit seemed fine as though it would stay. I never worked out/ran with them but they never fell out doing activities around the house.

Sound was good and ambient noise pass-thru was cool but they were a little too quiet at max volume for my deaf ass. The cheapo brand ones I have are louder so I just use those but wanted to try the galaxy buds for the passthru which the cheap ones don't have.

Allows you to hear environment noises without taking the buds off (when talking to people/wearing the buds, if you have the pass-thru on, it will allow you to hear their voices and your music without taking the buds off).
