I'm really liking the Sam's Club Carnitas product. Had it twice now and it has been good both times.

Super easy to heat up (oven tastes best). Great flavor blend. A little spicy, a little sweet. It's not expensive, either.

I like to mod it a bit by sauteing the soft taco shells in a nearly smoking cast iron pan with a little bit of oil. Only takes a couple seconds per side.

I put the shell on a plate, add the carnitas, cheese and sriracha, top it with another saute'ed shell and BAM! a cheap, tasty dinner.

Hmm. Carnitas is easy to make but even easier when you can buy it and it tastes close to as good as making it yourself. Looks like whoever is buying it for Sam's is doing a good job.

Down here Sam's discontinued Bubba burgers which is a shame.

Bubbas are my go to when im lazy and don't want to make my own.

Hard to beat this local grocery joint which makes carnitas on the weekends.
