Requirements and abilities:
  • Team player and customer focused mentality
  • Must have strong people skills
  • Must be resourceful and able to problem solve
  • Must have minor mechanical/technical ability
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
  • Must provide open availability for all store hours ( All members of sales team are schedule for 5 days per week. Schedule is fixed and not rotating) as well as occasional weekends for events and promotional activities.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while keeping a customer first mentality
  • Must be personable and able to handle customers
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work through projects without assistance
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs multiple times a day
  • Strong Phone, and face to face communication skills.
Duties Include:
  1. Assisting Retail customers with parts and service inquiries
  2. Meeting individual sales goals
  3. Estimating and quoting parts and service
  4. Staying current with all new products and services
  5. Maintaining store front appearance and cleanliness
  6. Answering incoming phone calls
  7. Answering email and online inquiries
  8. Sales forecasting on current, and new products coming to market
  9. Building accurate quotes for customers based on their needs.

This really does sound like an awesome opportunity, if I was not as far along in my sales career I would have been all over this. If you are relatively new to sales, I would recommend jumping on it.
