yeah yours will likely be the 3 sq window gtp 21-22 oz/in balance 3 hole dual pattern, most are dual pattern oe replacments but your looking for an 03+ L67/L32 flexplate to make sure the bugger has the dual converter pattern you may need dep on yer converter

make sure you grab a converter snout bushing.
ive been pretty sure for a long time that its the IS axial play that leads to the IS/turbine sprag/flexplate failures as the chain load/off axis tq is applied to the engine crank through all those components.
you will likely find your converter bushing well worn especially if the teflon seals in the IS are extruded where the channel plate sleeve beats em to death as the IS rotates farther and farther from true crank/converter axial centerline

the one review has me worried, i dont like the 5 window flexplates, GM went away from them on the lg3/ln3/ SI 3800 in 88 due to cracking. seems they like to repeat their mistakes.
id go with a morad 04+ l32 oem at this point secured with arp ford 5.0 pressure plate to flywheel bolts
