replace the LIM

I am going to break down and buy a new torque wrench and then change my LIM that is leaking. Can anyone give me some pointers on installing the LIM. I can easily take everything apart and get it back together. I am mainly looking for a how-to if anyone knows a good link?

What are the torque specs for the LIM bolts?

What pattern should I use to snug the LIM bolts into place?

What sealant should I use when I am actually installing the new LIM?
