The Brake & Clutch pedals are forgings the gas pedal looks like it might be a casting but I can't tell it might also be a forging.
All we need is a single stand-alone Tilton brake pedal clutch pedal assembly to the left of this unit so that we will have front and rear individual Master cylinders for burnouts etcetera and the two main Masters on the balance bar for driving and tuning the brakes.
I was designing my own and it was starting to get overly complicated and I decided that buying something professionally made with smarter.
Tilton 72-803 3 pedal unit
Tilton 800-Series floor mount pedal assemblies merge both the performance of their 900-Series technology and the renowned value of Tilton's 600-Series pedal assemblies. These floor mount pedal assembly units feature a high-efficiency spherical bearing type balance bar and pivot-mount master cylinder design.
800-Series floor mount pedal assemblies feature:
* Forged aluminum pedals are engineered for high-rigidity and low-weight
* Adjustable pedal ratios (5.29:1 – 5.75:1) enable the brake pedal to be tuned to driver preference without having to change master cylinder bore size
* Foot pads can be adjusted vertically, horizontally, and in angle to suit individual driver preferences
* Large diameter 7/16 in.-20 balance bar provides maximum rigidity; PTFE-coated aluminum clevises for increased durability and reduced friction
* Pedal pivots feature wave washers to reduce lateral pedal movement; and oil-impregnated bronze bushings decrease stiction
* Lightweight aluminum frame features guide "ramps" to reduce balance bar tipping—decreasing friction and improving brake repeatability
