Yesterday I saw a small parcel of land pop up in Copper Harbor. I thought to myself, something like this probably does not come for sale often. Today... gone...or off Zillow.

Not like Zillow is the end all database of stuff for sale but less than half a dozen homes/land/whatever listed north of Calumet.

It does not say how many acres but being on Plum Lake it will likely get bulldozed for a development or a McMansion. Its sad, but these old-timers who run the resorts can't do it forever, and their kids don't want to take them over.

I looked it up... would probably need a few million in reno, and not a lot of potential for development at only 2.3 acres. No one going to buy this for $5,000,000+
