I was gonna buy that same car in sedan 2009 and 110K for $13K. Had a bunch of the fixes done also. Thought it was priced high so didn't pursue it very hard. It was over in Northern Michigan.

535i navy blue, m package, 6-speed

Those are rare. But that E61 definitely rarer. Still at over 30k does not entice me.

Love wagons especially manual ones. Picked up this beater Volvo for my sons first car. V70 t5 with 5 speed and 210k miles been wrenching with him in the garage on it. Runs Fckn great. But try to find another manual one . Hard to come by.

The market for those cars has gotten completely ridiculous.
I have had 2 with under 50k, both super clean OG cars with some papers.
I sold the last about 5 years ago for 27k. The first about 10 years ago and struggled to get 23k for it.
Sure wish I had them back now.

They are the best driving cars ever built IMO.
