I tend to wash my wash mitts and drying towels every few washes. Depends on how dirty the vehicles are that I am washing. Since I use the 2 bucket method, the mitts stay relatively clean.
As for the drying towels, the advancement in spray sealants used as a drying aid may cause the towels to become hydrophobic.
I have been using Micro Restore + distilled white vinegar for all towels / mitts / etc
The rag company and P&S have been working on this new detergent for a couple years. It helps to break down the sealant buildup in the towels.
