Question to those who have owned a 2v.

4.10's will put him at 112 mph by 6,000 rpms on a 26" tire. Don't know of too many people that are willing to rev to 6500 rpms on a stock motor.

I've reved mine to 6500rpm's on the stock shortblock, only work done to the engine was cams and valve springs with no problems so far, I'm definetly one of the lucky ones, specially considering how my car get's abused at the track, ask Carl and Larry for they have seen it firsthand.

It takes getting used to shifting with a 4:10 at the drag strip with how fast the gear changes come but once you get some seat time it becomes second nature. 4:10's on a 5 speed should have came from the factory it feels that natural :biggthump

4.10's in my opinion, I have 3.73 in my 02 GT, wish I would have stepped up to the 4.10's, oh well....
