Announcement PSA: Slow response time when posting

This is (99% sure) caused by an issue with Tapatalk. Their push servers are fucked and whenever anyone makes a post (browser or TT, doesn't matter), its delaying the posting process...by up to 15 seconds. I might be able to block the push service with some trickery but I can't disable it either via TCG or the TT admin dashboard.

Will see what can be done about it...since TT isn't doing jack shit. This is affecting many sites using TT.

The only actual fix would be to disable TT completely for the site.

I think this is mostly affecting posting speeds from the phone. But will test scenarios.
