From the turbobuick board (not mine). 3.8 not 3800. ;)

Selling for a friend.

He did a lot of R & D for GM back in the 80's - 90's and he is looking to sell all his Buick related parts. This is just one of the things of many that caught my eye.

This supercharger was developed for a 3.8L motor that made 420 horsepower. The vehicle that it was being tested in was crashed by one of the GM executives. This build is where the 3800 supercharged series came from.

He's looking to get $1200 for it.

Pulleys are somewhere in the shop and may take some time to find.

Crap.

Hopefully it's better now. Copy and pasted the post and some pictures. More pictures if you have a log in.

Only other info.....

This is for a 109 / off center / 3.8 / 4.1 Buick block.

This was done before the 3800 series

I'd like to know more about the car it was in. Looks like a FWD LeSabre, but the motor is set up RWD.
