For some reason, the article won't load. But from what I saw last week, it would only be Ford's new company(?) "Ford Model e". So electric vehicles only. I can't imagine the laws would ever change to allow it for gas vehicles.

On the Hellcat forums all I see are dudes complaining about build times. I've never had a car built so I am clueless on this stuff.
problem is the plant keeps idling on and off for weeks at a time as they run out of parts. Then you got the railcar shortage up there, and on top of that once they get moved by rail, there is a shortage of trucks/drivers to move them from depot to dealer and so on.
This is not unique to them either. All MFRs are seeing this. Tons of GM cars are showing up with credit on the sticker for things you cant get or they are going to retrofit later down the road. The 22 camaros are missing heating/cooler seats and remote start and so on.
23 is also the last year so its going to be very hard to get one at all.
