Friend of mine had a 2012 and a 2013 LS460 F-Sport, and man are they nice. Really tempted to trade my G37 (coupe) in for a used LS460, don't need the F-Sport package though.

If the RC had more trunk space I'd go for that. But nowadays looking for something a bit roomier and definitely quieter.
This is TCG, of course you NEED the F-Sport package.

Besides the countless amounts of stuff my wife has been buying to prep for Christmas, I just recently stocked up on tp and paper towels. Even before this Covid situation, I always buy enough tp and paper towels to last around 6 months. I hate needing to buy it every week or 2. So I bought a couple cases of tp and a couple cases of paper towels. Also bought the laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a couple other house hold essentials. This should theoretically last me until March or longer.

My wife and I have been stocking up on stuff like we did when covid hit just because the election is coming up. Really sad that this is the world we live in now.

It is. But it didn't change the way my wife and I make our purchases.... Just the amount we spend. All in all, it wasn't entirely that much more than what we normally used to spend prior to Covid. I think I spent maybe $10 more (if that). So not complaining.

Any updates on this mattress? I’m leaning heavily on this over others I’ve been looking at.

Awesome and not just for the comparative price. I went from being in pain for most of the day from a bad mattress to only being stiff/sore for 1/2 hour (soreness is purely job related). The center of my back hasn’t hurt since the first night I slept on it, lower back/lumbar region still hurts but my body is still adjusting and evening out. I’m an exceptionally hot sleeper and I’ve had no issues with sweating like crazy in this mattress even on normal sheets.

Just spent $200 at Rock Auto;

- Front brake kit for the Wife's family truckster. Had to go out and look at the caliper on this thing as it turns out there are two options. Single piston and dual piston. Turns out it has 2-piston calipers up front.
- Front brake pads for the V. Being Brembo's I can just pop the new pads in, rotors are still good.
- Upper and lower raditor hoses for the 8.1
- 6 gallons of Dexcool 50/50 mix. The 8.1 takes a little over 5, so... It's $7.86/gallon in quantites of 6

Purchased one tonight. Figured with that return policy it’s worth it. No matter where I’ve looked, it’s hard to find bad reviews on it too.

Finally pulled the trigger on a 3D printer. I got an Ender 3 Pro, and so far so good? I will post more about it in the 3D printer thread.

Replaced my old 60” LG Plasma with a 75” LG 4K. Up until I figured out how to set the video to cinema I wasn’t too happy. The picture was honestly too crisp and clear and made good movies appear to be B movies! Or at least like your watching the behind the scenes version. But now, WOW! Why have I waited so long? If that TV has it, try ISF bright or dark (not sure if that's on the oleds only). I prefer that over all other LG modes. When using hdr, cinema is what you'll wanna use for sure.

I wanted a new lawnmower. My old Craftsman still runs awesome. The drive system is breaking down. I did not want to track down some hard to find parts. I did consider a few electric models but in the end. I decided to buy a Honda. I ordered it last Sunday night before bed and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. Pretty damn fast shipping from Home Depot.

I was going to use it today for the first time. But it rained all day. Too bad so sad.

I have a 60”lg plasma also I paid $499 after Black Friday sale and it’s still working perfect. I want a 80”plus 4K tv so bad I just don’t have the heart to replace a perfectly working tv.

I know the feeling. Especially because I got a super deal at only $1,800 bucks when it first hit the market.. [emoji17]

Besides a thin vertical line or two that come and go (which I read is easily fixable) and you don’t even notice them after a minute of watching anyways It works perfect. It was just the right time to upgrade.

Daughter doesn’t seem to mind the old 60 in her room now. It sure beats the old ex hotel 25” box tv I had at her age that I paid $25 for! LOL

Yeah I’ve been toggling between those two as well as cinema and HDR effect. The HDR sharpness on vehicles at night and explosions in unreal but too bright on the actors. Watching the nighttime airport chase in Casino Royal, I shit you not, it felt like I was riding on the camera car!

I still can’t believe how cheap these are now. I only paid $799 plus another 10% off thanks to my boys discount. I paid one and a half times that amount on just my sound bar a year or two ago!

Now if only I had some good ambient lighting like the old Panasonic hue TVs.. [emoji848]

Damn am I lazy Joe. You’ve got like four times the yard as mine and yet I’m the one with a rider!

Ive had an HRX217 for YEARSSSSS now. Thing is flawless. Starts on the first or second pull every single time.

Mines an older one with a different speed control and not electric start, but the thing flat out runs. I think I used my riding mower like twice this year. Need to decide if I sell it and just use the push mower, or give the Honda to my day and buy a bagger for the riding mower.

Don't use HDR mode for non HDR content. Bad bad bad.

Stick to cinema or ISF modes. When watching actual hdr content, cinema is also fine.

LOLzzzzz. You’re right. I probably should have a rider. A few of my neighbors have riders and at times I get jealous. I just finished mowing my yard for the first time. This Honda is pretty powerful and stupid fast. I don’t want to keep up with it at 1/3 speed and higher. It’s pretty sweet. I’m a happy lawn guy again.
