Seems Porsche is releasing a variant of the 911 that is inspired by the Dakar Rally. The 911 will include higher ground clearance, custom suspension, lighter weight, and traction & suspension control for loose surfaces like gravel, sand, & snow. They already have front lift system on these cars as an option. Could be we an adjustable height suspension on this ala the 959?

Gonna have to do better than $80K.

Reminds me of when the BMW Z8 was new. Knauz USED TO (until covid) never sell a car above MSRP. So they had a handful of customers that were in to buy a 5, 7, etc. and they'd offer them the opportunity to "buy" a Z8 and sell back to the dealer for an extra $20-30K towards their actual new car. Crafty.

Nothing wrong with it being a Homologation special. Means it probably has capabilities you'd never see on a road car except they want them race legal.
