I'll answer D: All of the above
Or this bad boy 1987 RUF Yellow Bird (Thank you Road and Track for giving it that awesome name)

Best Can-Am car ever, whenever you make 1000+hp in a race car (1970s race car) its a great thing

Porsche's are pretty reliable, its when they get into disrepair by stupid owners is when you're fucked. Granted parts are expensive and an engine rebuild would be probably 1arm and 1leg with some change back, but if you get it done right you'll have no problems for a long time. My buddies dad owned at mid 70s 911, the timing chain blew and he had to rebuild the engine. He knows the parts manager at Motorwerks so he got a deal on making the motor in RS spec. Even in 1981 it cost $3600 to fix everything.

944 do suck and parts are impossible to find. Might as well go for the 968. 240hp and 225lb/ft from a 3.0 four cylinder. Not bad for early 90's

or get your Tony Montana on with a nice 928. couldnt replace the 911 but still was an awesome GT
