Portillo's pepper and egg isnt even that good imo, its average. The mom and pop hot dog stands and beef stands are where its it.
Jays Beef used to make a kick ass pepper and egg, havent had it in probably 10yrs though.

Ignore the dirty desk. So these were solid and would definitely consume again. They're basically small versions of the sandwich. Some might not like them because the breading is light, like a croissant and not baked into the chicken like McD or Wendys. I got buffalo sauce and honey mustard. Good pairing.
