We are still looking for help primarily CNC operators, assembly department, Shipping/receiving, and quality personnel. Pay is dependent upon experience but we are open to discussion once we get a feel for the person applying.

We just moved to Aurora right off 88 and Eola and are in a state of art 35,000 sqft building.

Here is our website if you or someone you know may be interested in a position above or any manufacturing position.

Direct AeroSystems – Direct AeroSystems is a small business supplier of hardware and parts kits to the Aerospace and Defense Industry.

That’s some cool, interesting shit. Mike.

I used to work on aircraft brakes and wheels. At a small shop. It originally was Sisu Services.

This bigger , greedy company bought them out.

Airports would send us the parts and we did complete overhaul and meticulously inspections. . For jets. Like Gulfstream.

I see your statement on pay but before I ask some of my old friends what is the ballpark for operators and programmers?

I kinda was wondering the same thing, I know some people but the first thing they're going to ask is pay.

Good question,

There's a difference between programmers and setup guys who make blocks with holes with them brackets, or simple mold stuff (easy 3 axis stuff) and a difference with running and programming 5 axis parts that take days and hours to machine. We do both.

CNC Mill Operator which would include but not be limited to changing parts at machine, deburring, cleaning area. No programming or setup experience required. This is an ENTRY level position with potential to grow to setup or even learn simple programing. Starting pay would be $16-$17 an hour with over time every week and heath/dental.

Other positions are subject to skill set and I would be more than happy to discuss over phone or PM and not looking to waste anyone's time so we will test skills at interview.
