Guys are actually sending their cars to Mexico for paint and interior. Decent work for a fraction of the cost here.
We will see how they stand the test of time though
I remember when I was doing a system rebuild for a jewel at like 2 am...totally passed out for like 30 mins while it was restoring

My schedule was 830-12 today. But wfh. Clocked in at 755 and out at 1155.
TeamViewer which we use for remote access kept kicking me out. Got kicked at least 7 times. I was DONE. Called my boss and said split up my remaining work, I'm logging off. See you Monday.
Hey Grill Master - how do you prevent them from drying out ? Or do you just eat em dry? Maybe moisturize with BBQ sauce then plate it?
Try to pull them at 165 degrees, but you probably want to try and cut them all in a similar decent size
Thats what we do and for the most part they arent dry, you will get a piece or 2 that is on the dryer side but not horrible
yep, similar sized meat over similar temperature and keep a really good eye on it. Very easy to dry out the smaller pieces.
if you like your veggies more charred/well done, I would do them seperate so you can pull the chicken when its done and then assemble after.
