In laws were up from Springfield Missouri last night and this am.
Didn't do shit last night, went to dinner with them and fell asleep on couch by 830.
Up this am around 5, fucked around with them and bullshitted the morning away.
This afternoon we talked to our realtor and gave sellers our quit fuckin around or we're walking offer.
Power washed deck again, gonna hit it with the cleaner and brightener from https://www.restore-a-deck.com here in about 10 minutes then power wash it again tonight to get it all prepped up.
Tomorrow morning I'ma get up and stain it then that bitch is done.
Then gotta do a little bit of touching up some painting, clean and this MF is ready to go on the market if they take our offer or if they're fuckin retarded and don't, well, everything is done.
