I do 3 cups with 1 k cup(of cofefe) and a splash of chemical Creamer. After that it's 1 or 2 of the orange things of water while I'm at work. Usually 1 or 2 Pepsi while at work too.

Then at home it can be 3-6 cups of hot black tea and honey, usually another Pepsi and some lemonade and glass of milk. That'd rough guessing though.
