Sometimes da wife and I think about how we survived these past years without claiming bankruptcy, but here we are. Still have a shitload of equity in house and climbing thanks to the $500k cookie cutters being built in the next subdvision, credit still good and can sign and drive a 10 year loan on a Demon, and most importantly my daughter will graduate from a great school system. Once she graduates we will be selling this house.
