We found people on next door. 3 interviews to do, one already backed out.

We asked the girl how much money she was looking for, said it was acceptable and scheduled her to come over and meet us to see if we wanted to proceed. Two hours before she’s supposed to be over, she says she got another offer for more money and asks us if we want to pay more. no MFR, YOU are the one who already negotiated what you wanted.

We’ve got two retirees to interview left. They both sound great though from initial phone conversations.

We only need someone 5hrs a day for 2-3days a week. Wife works from home but she’s a therapist and needs to be in session with people and that’s uninterruptible. She can schedule when she needs to so we can get away with child care for only a couple days a week.
