First thing I need to do is get gutter covers because if I get a gazebo I want like an 10' x 12' or 11' x 13' one and the edge of the gazebo will technically go under the gutter/overhang of the house so I wont be able to get to the gutter with a ladder.

If you have people over often and the bigger one will fit, then go bigger. If you dont have people over often then save the money and get the smaller of the 2.
