I am like N20GT and @Shawn1112 though, if I had bought cinnamon toast crunch or some other cereal like that I would eat way too much of it. Went honey nut cheerios so I should be good with just a bowl full.

I buy Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Frosted Flakes for my son and I never eat it. It’s very addicting though

I can't find the number of servings per box so basically i'm expecting one box to be its own serving, and <700 calories

That would be unfortunate, but not as unfortunate as buying a box of CTC and downing 1,500 calories and 280g carbs then still being hungry
