That's def competitive IMO. Christmas to new year's is 4-5 business daysWe max out at year 7 with 12 days. But we have 8 holiday days and are off with pay from Christmas to new years, and have 3 sick days.

OStarted with 3 weeks, about4.5 right now. Max out at 6 weeks at 25yrs. You can bank 240hrs, use it or lose it after that.
144hrs sick time every year, the max you can have in the bank is something ridiculous. It’s basically short term disability. I’ve been off for 3 months at full pay while sick. I’ve got 677 hours banked right now
